From the research of American Chemical Society it was found that, Mixed Gelatine Hydrolysate from fish scale contains the highest amount of Hydroxyproline peptides compared with other sources.
 
Mixed Gelatine Hydrolysate - Undenatured type II chicken collagen
Undenatured type II chicken collagen is another type of Mixed Gelatine Hydrolysate. Research showed that undenatured type II chicken collagen can be used as a natural supplement for joint pain. Uric Acid Study - Mulberry leaf
Mulberry leaf, where Japanese consumed its tea as a natural remedy, contains morin and mulberroside. Morin is a natural compound found in fig and moraceae , without observed toxicity. From several studies, morin is shown to significantly inhibit the urate uptake in kidney cells and the action of xanthine oxidase . Mulberroside increases urinary urate excretion to reduce the serum uric acid level . Phytic acid, inositol hexphosphate (IP6), is a natural compound abundant in the diet, mainly in plant sources such as rice bran, corn and soybeans. Due to the abundance of processed food in modern diet, it is hard to consume phytic acid in sufficient amount to demonstrate its benefits to health. phytic acid showed strong inhibition on soft tissue calcification. Thus the abnormal calcification at the joint is inhibited, and body proteins and enzymes contribute to the net calcium crystal removal. For patients suffering from osteoarthritis, calcium crystals (mainly basic calcium phosphates and calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate) can be found in articular cartilage of the affected area. Since calcium crystals are toxic to the cartilage cells and cause inflammation , calcium crystal removal can protect the cartilage from damage. For patients suffering from bone spurs, the severe pain can be relieved by gradually reducing the size of the bone spur. On the other hand, normal bone mineralization is regulated by living bone cells which will not be inhibited by the action of phytic acid. Actually, studies show that bone density is increased when phytic acid levels in the body are increased, showing a protective effect against osteoporosis.
