Ingredients:   (Hong Kong, China , Malaysia and Indonesia version) Mixed gelatine hydrolysates 10g/sachet (fish scale, chicken), maltodextrin, cetylated fatty acid 832.g/sachet, stabilizers(corn starch, silicon diovide), rose hips, taurine, luo han fruit extract, vanilla flavor and other ingredients
Direction:   One sachet daily. Dissolving in 250ml of Hot water. The suggestion on consumption method is for reference only.

Studies have shown that taking 10g of hydrolyzed gelatin per day helps maintain healthy joint cartilage (1).

Hydrolyzed collagen have  an average molecular weight of about 3000 Daltons which means it can be easily absorbed in the intestine. (2) Studies have shown it can accumulate in the cartilage matrix to stimulate articular cartilage repair (2). increasing joint flexibility and ease joint degeneration (1).
